As teacher fatigue continues to swell due to COVID-19, implementing new pedagogical strategies in our classes can feel like a daunting task.

Writing about chaos theory, Terry Plachett and Neil Gaiman summarize, "The things that change the world ... are the tiny things." Thus, during these unpredictable times, we find it helpful to "think small." This presentation, then, will focus on the little things we do on a day-to-day basis with the hope that they have a ripple effect in our students' educational experiences. We will cover simple, practical and concrete ideas that are easy for anyone to implement. Presented by Matthew Spialek and Meredith Neville-Shepard, Department of Communication.
