Student Athletes Needed for Sleep Research

The Sleep and Stress Research Lab is examining sleep and mental health in student athletes.

Who Can Participate?

  • Undergraduate students ages 18 or older who are active participants in any NCAA Division I, II or III sport affiliated with the U of A.

What Will I Be Asked to Do?

  • Attend two brief visits to our lab to complete several measures of psychological health and wellness.
  • Wear a Fitbit watch for 14 days and complete daily online morning and evening sleep diaries.
  • You will receive up to $40 (or four Sona Systems credits) for completing the study.
