Undergraduate Mock Trial Program Has Historic Performance at Open Round Championship Series

For the first time in the history of the U of A Undergraduate Mock Trial program, two teams competed at the Open Round Championship Tournament. This tournment encompassed the top 192 mock trial teams out of 700 teams across the country.

The A team of Angel Anguiano, Bryton Miller, Emory White, Madalyn Acton, Mark Solis, Payton Willhite, Tommy Davis, Vasoula Catroppa Drosopoulos and Julianna Kantner, coached by Corey Anderson and Jose Ruiz, had a winning record. They competed alongside the B team of Katherine Calandro, Cameron Willis, Caitlyn Hager, Daisy Rehbock, Derek Fisher, Luke Hubbard, Harrison Merrick, Matthew Pollard and Zoee Simpson, coached by Katie Sholk and Charles Magill. Calandro was recognized as an All National Witness.
