Parent and Family Ambassadors Applications Now Open!

Looking for an on-campus job and an opportunity to get involved? Applications for Parent & Family Ambassadors are currently available!

Parent & Family Ambassadors are undergraduate students who assist Parent & Family Programs in supporting families through their student's college transition to the U of A. Ambassadors work at an hourly rate and earn up to $770 for their work between February and October. Students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing with the university with a minimum 2.5 GPA to apply.

Responsibilities of Parent & Family Ambassadors include:

  • Assisting with Family Weekend, Spring Family Reunion and New Student Welcome.
  • Assisting Parent & Family Programs during New Student Orientation.
  • Contributing content ideas and hosting our family podcast, HogTalk.
