Volunteers Needed for Sleep Research Examining Link Between Sleep and Stress in Adults

The Sleep and Stress Research Laboratory at the U of A is examining the link between sleep and stress in adults.

Who can participate?

  • Adults 18 years old and older.
  • Individuals with a current or past history of difficulty falling or staying asleep.

What will I be asked to do?

  • Complete an online screener to be placed in our recruitment database.
