Participate in a One-Time Survey About Elementary Students and Technology Use

A team at the U of A is conducting research to evaluate the correlation between third, fourth and fifth grade students' technology use and their reported muscoloskeletal pain. The one-time survey will take 20-30 minutes to complete and asks about how often the students use technology, any pain they experience and their other daily activities. There is also an optional portion to upload an image of the student in their natural position while using tehcnology. If you choose to provide your email you will be entered in a raffle to win one of 15 $50 gift cards.

All personal information will be deleted from the data set after the raffle. The survey poses no harm to participants.
