Don't Be Scared! VAXX MAXX Halloween Boasts Boosters, Prizes and Spooky Snacks

Halloween is the perfect time to get your COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.

You're invited to show up dressed in your Halloween best, get your shot and enjoy some spooky sweets and treats.

The VAXX MAXX Halloween event is from 3-5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 29, outside the Arkansas Union.

University Housing partnered with the Department of Health to bring a mobile vaccination clinic to campus. There will be food, prizes and a costume contest.

We're giving away four $25 gift cards and a $100 gift card to the student with the best costume.

The Department of Health will offer first, second and booster doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination. Flu vaccination doses will also be available.

Ongoing Incentives

University Housing joins the campuswide vaccination incentive this month by offering weekly gift cards and a $1,500 housing scholarship as a grand prize. The weekly gift cards are open to students with a University Housing contract who can show proof of vaccination.

You can enter for that weekly drawing by filling out the university's COVID-19 Vaccination Incentives form and selecting "Yes" you have a University Housing contract.

Enter to win COVID-19 vaccination incentives.

Alternatively, you can email housing@uark.edu with your name and university email and you'll be entered to win.
