Weekly Yoga Sessions Offered for Free to Campus Community

Every Friday at 11:30, we will be meeting at the Wellness and Health Promotion Department for a new series called YogaWell. The focus is on learning about yoga and practicing it both on and off the mat. We will spend this time going through different yoga poses and focusing on our breath to reduce stress and improve mood.

Sessions will be led by Ed Mink with topics regarding all areas of yoga, including a mindful movement. We encourage all levels of yogis and yoginis to come practice, whether you've never stepped foot on a yoga mat or you've been practicing for years. We are providing this space to get away from the stress of your job, school work or life for 45 minutes every Friday, and we look forward to practicing yoga with you.

We are located on the second floor of Pat Walker Health Center, room 2132. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or follow us on Instagram @uarkwellness to stay updated on all events we do.
