Students can win prizes by participating in ASG's Campus Resource Scavenger Hunt this week.

There are many resources around campus that help students to succeed during their years at the U of A. But where are they? Many students find it difficult to locate many of these offices. To help solve this problem, Associated Student Government partnered with five offices to create a scavenger hunt around campus through Sept. 17.

The Campus Card Office, located on the fourth floor of the Arkansas Union, can help students with their ID if lost or damaged. They will also be able to inform students about different places around Fayetteville where students can get a discount when they show their student ID. The Career Development Center is the best place for students to go to get help with their resumes, interview skills or career information. This office is located on the sixth floor of the Union. The Full Circle Food Pantry is available to anyone with a U of A ID card. Food insecurity is happening on this campus, especially when the dining halls close during holiday breaks. This resource will help students not think about where their next meal is coming from and concentrate on their studies. Student Success, where students go for tutoring or writing help, is correctly in Mullins Library on the second floor (entrance level). Finally, UREC, located on the second floor service center of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building, or HPER, is important to help students work on their physical health.

This year it is even more crucial that students are able to locate these offices. We have a large freshman class, and many sophomores did not live on campus last year due to classes being online. Therefore, there are two sets of students that do not know where all the resources campus has to offer is.

To participate in this event, go to any of the listed offices above and get a student resource card. Once you have gone to the different offices on campus, the card can be turned in at the front of the ASG office located in Arkansas Union A669 (above the computer lab). All students that turn in the Student Resource Card will be entered into a prize drawing.
