The SKY registered student organization will present a virtual workshop on "Overcoming Procrastination" at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 11.

  • Due Monday? Do Monday!
  • If good things come to those who wait, isn't procrastination a virtue? :-D
  • I wait until the last minute to do my work becasue I will be older thus wiser.
  • Tomorrow — a mystical land where 99 percent of all human productivity, motivation and achievement reside.

We have all been there. Deep down most of us realize that procrastination affects us negatively, causing stress and panic in the process. Despite this, we find ourselves procrastinating - sometimes endlessly. Are you or your loved ones looking to overcome procrastination and become more productive?

Come join us for a session to learn more about why we get stuck and experience how breath-work and meditation can help you overcome procrastination.
