The SKY registered student organization will offer an online workshop related to how breath-work and meditation can help you overcome procrastination on Saturday, Sept. 4.

We have all been there. Deep down most of us realize that procrastination affects us negatively, causing stress and panic in the process. Despite this we find ourselves procrastinating — sometimes endlessly. Are you or your loved ones looking to overcome procrastination and become more productive?
Come join us for a session to learn more about why we get stuck and experience how breath-work and meditation can help you overcome procrastination.
