To ensure a consistent and secure teaching and learning experience, Zoom users will need to update to the latest version of Zoom by June 1, 2021.

On June 1, all users will be prompted to update to the latest version of Zoom on desktop and mobile devices. After updating, users will be able to continue to join Zoom meetings.

Users will receive a reminder to update each month to ensure that all security features and product improvements are enabled. Users are encouraged to check for updates in the Zoom apps regularly.

If you already have the Zoom app installed, you can check for updates:

1. Open the Zoom app.
2. Click your profile picture and then click Check for Updates.
3. If there is a newer version, Zoom will download and install it.
