Employees Asked to Share Thoughts About University Communications
While the frequency of university communications has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve learned that more messaging is not necessarily better. So how can the university fight through the noise in order to relay important news and information to employees on a consistent basis?
That’s where you can help by completing an employee survey designed to develop a better understanding of what’s working, what’s not and what we can improve upon moving forward.
Completed surveys will be accepted through Sunday, April 25. All answers will remain anonymous.
While there may not be a secret sauce or magic number of messages to reach all employees, we are interested in your thoughts on how to enhance our outreach and messaging strategies, and what you believe are the most effective delivery mechanisms to best reach thousands of faculty, staff, graduate assistants and other employees.
