Teaching Camp 2021: Apply Now

Teaching Camp has been a tradition at the U of A since 1994! Camp is an informal event focused on various aspects of teaching in a relaxed, offsite venue. The objective is to spend time reflecting on teaching, engaging with colleagues and jumpstarting the academic year. This year's camp is scheduled for Aug. 2-4 at The Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs. Faculty can apply to attend remotely or in-person. For those attending in person, transportation to and from Eureka Springs will be provided (although you will have the option of driving yourself). In-person attendance is required for all three days.

If you are interested in attending, click here to apply! Please submit your completed application by midnight on Monday, April 19. Please answer all questions completely as the application includes some criteria we will utilize in selecting camp participants.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

You will be notified of your acceptance by Friday, April 30.

The theme for this year's teaching camp is "Back to the Classroom!" as we transition back to "normal" classroom settings. We will keep everyone posted as the program comes together! We hope you will consider joining us, either in person or via remote access. We look forward to seeing you for a Eureka moment!
