Future Teachers: Attend the Teacher Education Career Readiness Seminar Tomorrow

The University Career Development Center and College of Education and Health Professions are excited to present the Virtual Teacher Education Career Readiness Seminar, a half-day event geared toward better preparing future teachers for the workforce. Teacher candidates will have the opportunity to virtually engage with local school districts and experts to learn about the hiring process, ask questions and receive feedback directly related to your licensure area, and learn virtual interview techniques. This event is planned in conjunction with the Teacher Education Virtual Career Fair which is scheduled for April 6th.

8:30-8:45am — Welcome and Agenda Overview
8:55-9:45am — Novice Teacher Panel (Program specific break outs)
9:55-11:00am — District/School Administrator Panel (Program specific break outs)
11:15 a.m.-12:15pm — Virtual Interviews: What You Need to Know
