The Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry continues to serve the University of Arkansas and UAMS community amid the pandemic. Food insecurity is becoming a bigger and more visible issue now. More people have limited access to food and transportation than before. With the U.S. stuck deep in the pandemic, we must work together to support our neighbors and community. We must remember that the pandemic affects every one of us!

Our Full Circle Food Pantry team has continued their efforts to safely protect others while nourishing bodies and empowering minds! If you want to stay up to date with pantry services, hours, and announcements, please follow our Facebook page at Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry. Like and follow our page to stay up to date with any service changes and special inventory availability!

Who We Serve and How To Get Started

The Full Circle Food Pantry is located at 324 Stadium Drive on the back side of the Walton Residence Hall, behind the Stadium Drive parking garage. The pantry is back to operating at its normal hours:

  • Mondays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 3 to 5 p.m.
  • Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Any changes to our operating hours will be updated on our Facebook page.

We open our service to any undergraduate/graduate student, faculty, and staff members of the university. We would like to note that international students are more than welcome to utilize our services. Using the Full Circle Food Pantry will have no effect on your visa status! We never share who specifically receives assistance from the pantry; we highly value and practice client confidentiality!

All clients must bring their UA or UAMS ID to be eligible for an order. You may get an order twice per week. With our current inventory, an order will include a 3-day supply of groceries and personal care items for the entire household. Orders can be done upon arriving at the Pantry or done online ahead of your arrival. We also provide an Express Delivery Service, where our volunteers deliver food to certain sites around Fayetteville, allowing access to those who aren't able to visit the pantry during normal operating hours. If you would like to fill an order, go to this link HERE.

COVID-19 Precautions

All clients must wear a face mask and maintain social distance when waiting for assistance. To keep our volunteers safe, we ask clients to remain outside the pantry.

In addition to wearing masks and frequently disinfecting the space, our volunteers are required to check their temperatures before starting their shift. We've limited the number of people inside the pantry to ensure safe distancing during pantry shifts. More information about the Food Pantry's COVID operations can be found HERE!
