Grant Balance Update from the Office of Sponsored Programs
During the transition to the Workday system, there will be a window of time from Tuesday, July 7, through the week of Aug. 16 when BASIS will hold all grant budgets and transactions posted with dates through June 30, and Workday will hold all expenditure transactions dated July 1 forward.
In order to find the true budget balance of your award, please subtract any Workday transactions from the corresponding BASIS budget balance. If you have questions about this process, please contact the Office of Sponsored Programs Post Award office.
