CAPS Offering Zoom Outreach Sessions to Help Students Cope With Finals

The strain of trying to complete final projects and papers can be juggling act, but it doesn't have to be a source of anxiety.

Many of the ways students try to deal with that stress end up putting additional stress on their well-being; so CAPS wants to help students minimize the negative effects of stress and to prevent stress exhaustion during final exam season.

Join CAPS staff for a special, end-of-the-semester outreach session on coping with finals. The Zoom webinar meeting will offer students the chance to ask questions, engage with CAPS staff and learn healthy strategies to lessen the strain of finals.

Students can register for either of the two sessions being offered:

  • May 4 — 4 p.m.
  • May 5 — 11 a.m.
