Skyfactor Assessment

The Arkansas Union invites students to participate in its biannual Skyfactor benchmarking assessment. This survey is designed to provide feedback from University of Arkansas students regarding their satisfaction with the Arkansas Union. The brief questionnaire asks about Union operations, food service, programming, and other building functions. The assessment provides valuable benchmarking data to help the Arkansas Union and other departments continuously improve the building and its services.

The Arkansas Union will conduct the survey in the Union Living Room from noon to 6 p.m. March 2 and 3, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 10 and 11. Every student who participates will receive a snack bag as well as the opportunity to enter a drawing to win one of three pairs of AirPods Pro.

The Arkansas Union is a department within the Division of Student Affairs.
