Performance Readings of Tuckahoe: Poems of Frederick Douglass' Homeland
Please join undergraduates and faculty from the Department of English, along with undergraduates from the Department of Theatre and the School of Journalism and Strategic Media, as they recognize the importance of diversity and inclusion on our campus and the significance of Black History Month in general by reading poems about Frederick Douglass' life and birthplace, Tuckahoe, Maryland.
Be sure to participate in our drawing for a signed copy of David W. Blight's Frederick Douglass: Prophet of Freedom!
