The Psychological Clinic in the Department of Psychological Science will be offering group therapy on Tuesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. for individuals having difficulty sleeping.

The group will consist of 6-8 weekly, hour-long sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). The group will begin in February. Session cost is $5 with U of A ID or $10 without university ID. The clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall.

Is this group for you? If you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early in the morning, we can help.
