Can't Sleep? Psychological Clinic Offers Group Therapy for Anyone With Sleep Difficulty

The Psychological Clinic in the Department of Psychological Science will be offering group therapy on Tuesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. for individuals having difficulty sleeping.

The group will consist of 6-8 weekly, hour-long sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). The group will begin in February. Session cost is $5 with U of A ID or $10 without university ID. The clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall.
