Fayetteville Policies and Procedures: New Policy and Revisions
The following new Fayetteville Policy and Procedure was approved on December 16, 2019:
- 402.2 Substance Abuse Testing and Campus Implementation of Drug-Free Workplace; Medical Marijuana
- Articulates the process for handling suspected substance abuse by employees while on the job. Appendix A is a substance abuse testing supervisor documentation form.
The following Fayetteville Policy and Procedures have been revised:
- 317.1 Lobbying Activity, Certification and Reporting Related to Federal Grants, Contracts, and Cooperative Agreements
- Updated to reflect organizational changes and title changes.
- 515.0 Tuition or Registration Fee Waivers for Students Sixty Years of Age or Older
- Updated to clarify the timing required for registration for fee waivers as well as the applicability of waivers to particular types of fees.
