Arkansas Union Provides Finals Study Rooms
The Arkansas Union will provide study rooms for the fall semester finals week. Beginning Friday, Dec. 13, and continuing through finals week, multiple Arkansas Union spaces will have a 24-hour access, tables and chairs, beanbag seating, electrical outlets and whiteboards. Rooms 507-516 will begin operating as study rooms at 5 p.m. that day. The rooms will be available for silent study, group work, or a short study break. As its tradition, Arkansas Union staff will periodically provide coffee, snacks and other refreshments throughout the week of finals.
In addition, the International Connections Lounge, Living Room, and Food Court Front Porch will be reserved for studying all throughout finals week. The study rooms in the Union Food Court will be available for reservations as group study rooms as well. Rooms 315 and 316 can be reserved through the unionevents.uark.edu website.
The entirety of the Arkansas Union facility will switch to 24/7 operations on Dead Day. All public areas, open lounges, and hallways will be available for students to study throughout the night. The Arkansas Union will resume normal operational hours the evening of Dec. 20.
