Research and Innovation Workshops on Building Biosketches for NIH and NSF Proposals

What is the difference between an NSF (National Science Foundation) biosketch and an NIH (National Institutes of Health) biosketch? Can I use the same one for both types of proposals? What if my biosketch is longer than the requirements state? Can I put a link to all of my publications?

These questions and more will be answered during two workshops sponsored by the Office of Innovation and Research on Friday, Sept. 27, in the Hudson Room of the Administration Building, ADMN 429.

The first session on Building an NSF Biosketch will take place from noon to 1 p.m. and will be led by Carri George, research development and support specialist. The second session on National Institute of Health Biosketches, led by Stacy Stuart, research development and support specialist, will take place from 1:30-3 p.m.

Presenters will discuss the specific formats and requirements for each type of proposal, with examples and discussions of what can and cannot be included.

Pre-registration is not required.
