Easy and Consistent Online Forms With New Campus Solution

Earlier this year, the University of Arkansas selected a new solution for creating user-friendly, web-based submission forms for sites managed in OmniUpdate and WordPress.

The new campus web forms solution is Jadu, a powerful, secure and flexible platform that makes it easy for non-technical users to create eForms. With Jadu, colleges and departments can create user-friendly forms with a consistent visitor experience across the university web presence. Other benefits of Jadu forms include:

  • Optional single sign-on for form users
  • Increased security and compliance with data policy
  • Publishing workflows
  • Ability to pre-fill form fields based on account information

To get started with Jadu, you must attend a session of Jadu XForms Training, provided by University Relations.

Additional features will be offered in the future, including custom integrations with databases and APIs, ability to process payments with CashNet, and digital signatures.

Jadu is centrally supported for all colleges and departments in collaboration between IT Services and University Relations. For articles, how-tos, training and other resources related to managing websites at the University of Arkansas, visit WebFirst.
