Research Compliance Hosts Fall 2019 Workshop Series

The Office of Research Compliance will host a workshop series over the fall 2019 semester. The workshops will cover a wide range of topics, from conflict of interest to biosafety.

Below is a list of scheduled workshops:

  • Human Subjects Research Overview: 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20  (Register)
  • Conflict of Interest/Conflict of Commitment Overview: 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 (Register)
  • IBC/Biosafety Overview: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 (Register)
  • Export Controls Compliance Overview: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6 (Register)

All workshops will take place in JBHT 431.

In addition to these scheduled trainings, Research Compliance offers trainings whenever needed, for individuals or groups. Jason Ramage, assistant vice chancellor for research and innovation and director of research compliance, is also available to speak to classes or departments on compliance topics.
