Learn about CAPS and Mental Health Resources at Pre-Stress Welcome Event

With the fall semester underway, Pat Walker Health Center's Counseling and Psychological Services wants to help students learn about all the great mental health resources available.

On Wednesday, Sept. 4, CAPS will host a Pre-Stress Welcome Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Arkansas Union Mall.

The event will feature fun and stress-free activities including inflatable bounce houses, great food, and a chance for students to meet with CAPS staff to learn about what resources are available to them to help them successfully navigate the stressors of the semester.
