Sooie Suit Up Faculty and Staff Volunteers Needed

The University Career Development Center, in collaboration with several Student Affairs offices and academic departments, will host the annual Sooie Suit Up with our partner JCPenney at the Northwest Arkansas Mall location.

During this special event, U of A students will be able to purchase an entire men's or women's suit, including shirts/blouses, ties, belts, skirts, jackets, and shoes for up to 70% off! In addition, students will learn style tips for suits and career wear in preparation for upcoming job interviews and career fairs.

The Career Development Center is looking for 50 faculty and staff members to assist students in selecting professional attire during this event. Shifts are in two-hour intervals. Only faculty and staff who sign-up to volunteer for a shift (via GivePulse) may take advantage of the up to 70% discount.

  • Faculty and staff will need their University of Arkansas ID to check-in at the event.

JCPenney students and volunteers may catch a shuttle to and from the event at the ARKU Bus Station from 5:30-10:30 p.m. Last shuttle from ARKU Bus Station to JCPenney leaves at 8:30pm. Students and Volunteers can register for this event at: https://goo.gl/oV1f2B
