As a result of road work taking place on Stadium Avenue, Razorback Transit's route 44 will be temporarily altered from March 11-22.

This will mainly affect those who are usually catching the bus at three different locations: the area in front of the Jones Center on Meadow Street; and both the northbound and southbound stops on Stadium Drive by Gate 15 of Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

All other existing stops on route 44 will continue to be serviced.

In addition, passengers can still board the bus at stops on Razorback Road, and may also catch route 44 or 48 at Lot 74, located just north of Meadow Street.

The route change means that when the buses on route 44 go north on Razorback Road, they will not be turning right on to Meadow Street and then left on to Stadium Drive.

But they will turn left off of Razorback and on to Center Street, then go north to Meadow Street where they can serve the Lot 74 stop. From there, they will go north on Razorback and then turn right on to Maple Street.
