Health Center Offering Weekly Wellness Group for Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff, want to learn the basic principles and practices of wellness? Join WellGroup!

WellGroup is a free, weekly class offered by Pat Walker Health Center's Wellness and Health Promotion department that integrates a variety of wellness topics, practices and activities.

Using yoga, mindfulness and other central wellness themes, faculty and staff will focus on creating their own well-life vision, as well as become more resilient and incorporate holistic health and wellness into their daily lives.

WellGroup meets from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Thursdays in room 2132 of the health center. No pre-registration is required, and faculty and staff can choose to attend any weekly session throughout the semester.
