The Administrative Services Building (ADSB) Data Center will be affected from 4:30 a.m. to noon Sunday, Feb. 17, during required maintenance to repair a core component of the building’s power system. An all clear message is expected by noon on Sunday.

Systems that will be unavailable during the outage include, but are not limited to: BASIS/webBASIS, UAConnect, Blackboard Transact (Razorbucks), Perceptive Content/ImageNow and Nebula. Additionally, there will be an outage of wired and wireless internet service for all buildings on the ADSB network segment, including the Administrative Services Building, Pomfret Hall, Uptown East and West and the Engineering Research Center. View the complete list of impacted buildings.

To minimize impact, IT Services has migrated all possible services to the secondary Data Center in Harmon Garage prior to the outage, including uark.edu websites.

Cloud-based services such as email, Box and Blackboard Learn will not be affected.

All systems are expected to return to full service by noon on Sunday. An all-clear message will be provided once repairs are successfully completed and systems verified. Service impact updates will be shared on the IT Status Monitor and help.uark.edu.
