ILLiad Upgrade Set for Today; Password Reset Required

ILLiad, the University Libraries' Interlibrary Loan service, will be offline beginning at 9 this morning for a system upgrade. We anticipate downtime of 3-4 hours. 

After the upgrade is in place, all ILLiad users will be required to reset their password on their first login. ILLiad will now require strong passwords with: 

• at least eight characters
• at least one lowercase letter
• at least one uppercase letter
• at least one number
