Registration Deadline Feb. 15 for Science of Diet and Exercise Symposium

FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. – The Center for Human Nutrition and the Exercise Science Research Center at the University of Arkansas are hosting the second annual Center for Human Nutrition Research Symposium with the theme "The Science of Diet and Exercise."

The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences in Fayetteville. Registration is free and lunch is included. If you are unable to attend in person, you can attend virtually via Zoom.

The event is sponsored by the Center for Human Nutrition, Exercise Science Research Center, University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, Arkansas Children's Nutrition Center, and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Northwest.

Registration: Deadline for registration is Friday, Feb. 15. 

The center invites faculty, grad students, and post-docs with an interest in nutrition, exercise, and health to attend the event. For more information and the complete agenda, go to the website nutrition.uark.edu.

Graduate students and postdocs conducting research related to nutrition, exercise, or health are invited to apply for the data blitz competition ($200 grand prize). Email cfhn@uark.edu for data blitz guidelines.
