Pat Walker Health Center's Wellness & Health Promotion Department is offering an eight-week introductory course to Aikido — a holistic Japanese martial art style.

The course begins Thursday, Feb. 7, and meets every Thursday at 4:30 p.m. for eight weeks. The course is held at Pat Walker Health Center in room 2123.

Registration for the course is required and only a limited number of spots are available. The cost of the program is $30 for students and $40 for faculty/staff.

Work on fitness and discipline as you learn to understand various skills incorporated into self-defense.
