The project team will hold a second town hall meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, in the auditorium of Vol Walker Hall.

The Achieve IT: Unified Collaboration project will introduce a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution to replace the current phone system at the University of Arkansas. To ensure the campus is informed in advance, the project team will hold a second town hall meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, December 18, in the auditorium of Vol Walker Hall.

During this event, the team will give an overview of the project, which is expected to begin in February 2019. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions and take part in hands-on demonstrations of the new VoIP phones.

IT directors within the colleges and divisions are currently collecting phone requirements from individuals using a survey form.  If you have not received this survey, please contact Stephen Herzig
