Campus Technology Survey Open to Students, Faculty and Staff
Campus Technology, in conjunction with the Computing Activities Council (CAC), would like to hear from our campus community about the current and future state of technology at the University of Arkansas.
Students, faculty and staff are asked to complete the Techqual-plus online survey to share their likes, dislikes and desires for technology on campus.
"We need to hear from everyone on our campus about what they feel is working, not working and what they want to see in the future," Paige Francis, associate chief information officer, said. "This feedback is essential as we plan for the future of technology at the University of Arkansas. This survey is a 'first annual,' geared toward setting a service benchmark aimed at a goal of excellence in technology."
IT Services leadership is committed to using this feedback to understand how to plan and apply technology to improve experiences for any user, whether it be a student, faculty member, researcher or staff member.
In addition to gathering valuable feedback, Techqual-plus surveys allow the University of Arkansas to measure its technology against peer universities from around the country. The survey is open now through Dec. 21.
