Speaker to Discuss Branding through Story Telling

Amy DeLouise, who uses storytelling to help clients convey a cohesive message about their mission, vision, products and services through multi-media and video, will present a free lecture at the Pryor Center for Oral and Visual Research on the Fayetteville Square, 6:30 p.m., Oct. 8. The lecture, entitled Brand U: Storytelling in the Era of Social Media, is sponsored by the School of Journalism and Strategic Media and the office of Study Abroad and International Exchange, and is open to the public.

DeLouise has worked for Fortune 500 companies, national nonprofits and public sector agencies. Her clients include Jewish Federations of North America, Children’s National Medical Center, Federal Express, The Centers for Disease Control, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Whether she is producing an online video, developing a live event, or consulting on a rebrand, she helps organizations navigate tools and best practices of effective branding and cause marketing, including how to effectively integrate social media into the mix.

Prior to launching her independent director/producer/speaker practice, DeLouise led an award-winning multimedia production company for 15 years, and garnered more than 40 of the top creative awards in the industry.  (https://www.amydelouise.com/)
