Webinar Tomorrow: Leveraging Change to Develop Better Leaders

The Master's in Operations Management and M.S. in Engineering Management programs will offer a free webinar Sept. 25 on how to leverage periods of change to develop better leaders.

The webinar is titled "Leading Through Change" and is presented by Travis McNeal, an adjunct instructor in the Master of Science in Operations Management Program, a program of the Department of Industrial Engineering.  McNeal works in Walmart Supply Chain as the director of change management and strategic communications.  He teaches Human Resource and Organizing for Change for the Operations Management Program.

McNeal will share practical and repeatable ways to help all leaders improve the way they lead change.
