Publisher Palgrave Macmillan has chosen a University of Arkansas professor's book to include in a campaign on "Modern Management Challenges."

Claretha Hughes wrote Diversity Intelligence: Integrating Diversity Intelligence Alongside Intellectual, Emotional, and Cultural Intelligence for Leadership and Career Development in 2016. A professor of human resource and workforce development in the College of Education and Health Professions, she has written seven books in the past seven years.

The Modern Management Challenges campaign brings together insights from leading experts and authors, touching on four critical elements of contemporary management: diversity, leadership, strategy and corporate social responsibility.
