MyDocs, SharePoint, Cherwell and Other Services Affected by Maintenance

MyDocs, SharePoint, Cherwell, Blackboard Learn and other services will be affected by maintenance scheduled over the next week.

On Friday morning, Blackboard Learn could be briefly interrupted. Maintenance to the Change Log Friday evening will cause the service to be unavailable for up to five hours, and Cherwell could be interrupted later Friday night.

Saturday from midnight to 8 a.m., MyDocs, Gizmo, SharePoint, Campus Directory and other systems relying on the SQL server will be briefly interrupted during routine Windows Server maintenance. On Sunday morning, access to the internet and other on-campus resources will be briefly interrupted over a period of 30 minutes.

Finally, maintenance to the Data Centers in the Administrative Services Building and Harmon Parking Garage will be performed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week. No outages are expected, but UARK online services could be unavailable if a street utility power outage were to occur.
