Doctoral Student to Give Research Presentation Today on Using Cell Phones for Teaching
Charles Bell, a University of Arkansas doctoral student in recreation and sport management, will give a research presentation titled "Instead of Fighting the Cell Phone Problem, Put Them to Good Use: A Teaching Study" from 3 to 4 p.m. today, Jan. 26, in Room 316 of the Health, Physical Education and Research Building.
Merry Moiseichik, professor of recreation and sport management, is Bell's adviser.
The presentations are part of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation Research Seminar Series. The seminars are free and open to the public. The series is intended to expose students and faculty to research being conducted in the department.
