Walton Career Services at the Sam M. Walton College of Business hosts a variety of events throughout the year to help students find jobs and to help recruiters find talent.

Walton Career Services at the Sam M. Walton College of Business will host a variety of events this spring to help prepare students for career readiness through engagement with industry professionals, professional development skill enhancement and internship/job search strategy. 

In addition to traditional career fairs, professional development sessions, informational sessions and interviews, this semester's events will include weekly Are You Ready? pop-up shops, as well as its Company of the Day program. A summary of events is included below. 

January Events:

  • FIRST Little Rock Career Fair: Jan. 9, 3:30-5 p.m. at the Capital Hotel.
  • Koch Industries — Company of the Day: Jan. 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Cerner — Company of the Day: Jan. 30, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Are you Ready? Pop-Up Shop: Every Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

February Events:

  • Capspire — Company of the Day: Feb. 7, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Schneider — Company of the Day: Feb. 14, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Acxiom — Company of the Day: Feb. 21, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Extreme Makeover — Resume Edition: Feb. 27 and 28
  • Are You Ready? Pop-Up Shop: Every Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

March Events:

  • Business Career Fair: March 6, 10 a.m. to noon and 1-3 p.m.
  • Hilton — Company of the Day: March 14, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Are You Ready? Pop-Up Shop: Every Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

April Events:

  • Are You Ready? Pop-Up Shop: Every Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
