Call for Nominations: Arkansas Alumni Awards

Since the first formal alumni award was presented, the Arkansas Alumni Association has continued the tradition of presenting awards to accomplished alumni and friends each year. The goal is to pay tribute for outstanding achievement and/or service to the University of Arkansas, the Arkansas Alumni Association, their communities, and/or their professions.

Selected by the Awards Committee of the Alumni Board of Directors, there are five different award categories which can be awarded on an annual basis:

  • Andrew J. Lucas Alumni Service Award
  • Community Service Award
  • Citation of Distinguished Alumni Award
  • Honorary Alumni Award
  • Young Alumni Award

Nominations for alumni awards may be submitted at any time, though to be considered for the following fiscal year, nominations should be received by Dec. 1 each year. The Alumni Board of Directors will make their selections at their winter meeting.

For additional information, please visit www.arkansasalumni.org/awards. To see Alumni Awards Criteria for each award, select the award, and it will open a new page describing the criteria.
