The Arkansas Alumni Association is establishing an Armed Forces Alumni Society. The inaugural reception is scheduled for March 2018. The society welcomes members and former members from all branches of the U.S. military, their families, friends and constituents.

Mission of the Armed Forces Alumni Society:
The Armed Forces Alumni Society will foster and enhance relationships between alumni, faculty, staff, students and their families who are current and former members of the armed forces.

Purpose and Goals:

  • Encourage camaraderie among members.
  • Raise awareness and support for the armed forces.
  • Build a strong professional and personal support network among alumni, faculty, staff and students and their families.

New Faculty Teaching Portfolio Authors Recognized

The faculty members successfully completed the Teaching Portfolio and will be recognized at the Fall Teaching Awards ceremony hosted by the Cordes Teaching and Faculty Support Center and the Teaching Academy.
