Test Scanning Available at Gibson Annex, Full-Service and Self-Service!
Test scanning just got easier at the University of Arkansas! Starting today, a new test-scanning service will be located in Gibson Annex next to the Fine Arts Center at the heart of campus.
With the new service, faculty can scan their own test forms without the hassle of dropping off and returning to pick up. Full-service scanning by IT Services staff will still be available. Scanning services will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tests dropped off will be scanned within two business days.
"With the relocation of the Help Desk to the Arkansas Union, we started examining all of our services to make them more accessible to our students and faculty," Paige Francis, associate chief information officer, said. "Moving test scanning out of the Administrative Services Building and into the heart of campus makes this service much more convenient. Saving our faculty just a few minutes each day can allow them to focus on what matters to them, teaching and research,"
Gibson Annex is located off Dickson Street between the Fine Arts Center and Brough Commons. It is open to faculty Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Scanning in Administrative Services Building will no longer be available after Tuesday, Oct. 3.
