Untrained males needed for protein supplementation and exercise training study.
The U of A Human Performance Lab is seeking males between the ages of 35-55 years to participate in a research study evaluating the effects of protein supplementation on body composition, exercise performance and free testosterone over a 12-week period.
Requirements for participation include:
- Males 35-55 years of age
- NO resistance/weight training for minimum of 6 months
- Ability to train for 3 days/week for 12 weeks
Participants will also receive a free water bottle and four bone density and body fat scans for their participation.
