Short Talks From the Hill, a podcast of the University of Arkansas, is on summer break too… but only from new programming.

The popular podcast featuring research and scholarly work at the U of A will be back in the fall with new material, including English professor Davis McCombs reading poems from Lore, his recently published book; biologist J.D. Willson talking about his work on invasive Burmese Pythons in the Florida Everglades; violin professor Er-Gene Kahng recreating the music of Arkansan Florence Price, the first black woman composer of major symphonies; and many more.

But until then, while you're hanging out at the pool this summer, you can listen to featured highlights from the first season of Short Talks From the Hill by going to researchfrontiers.uark.edu, the home of research news at the University of Arkansas. Any of the first season's podcasts may be found by clicking on the multimedia link at the site above.

Thank you for tuning in.
