Professor to Talk about Concussion Research in Weekly Series

R.J. Elbin, University of Arkansas assistant professor of exercise science, will give a presentation titled "What's New with Sport Concussion at the University of Arkansas" from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, March 31 in Room 316 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation building.

Elbin created and directs the Office for Sport Concussion Research at the U of A. Its mission is to improve - through education, research, and outreach initiatives - the standard of care for athletes with sport-related concussion.

The presentation is part of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation Research Seminar Series. The seminars are free and open to the public. The series is intended to expose students and faculty to research being conducted in the department.
