Campus Strategic Planning: Phase III Update
In October, Chancellor Joe Steinmetz unveiled a list of eight guiding priorities, developed through a comprehensive and collaborative process spanning more than 9 months. Following the unveiling of those eight priorities, new teams were assembled with a team lead, charged with coordinating and convening a small group.
Under Provost Jim Coleman's direction, these groups were tasked with answering a series of questions and creating a draft of prospective actions and metrics that could be adopted under each priority.
The initial report from seven of the eight groups is available for review. Please note this is not the final plan or document. This document will be further assessed over the next seven weeks for cross-cutting initiatives, potential costs and resources available, responsibilities, actions, and metrics.
