Today Is Deadline to Submit College of Education and Health Professions Alumni Award Nominations

Today, Friday, Feb. 3, is the deadline to submit nominations for outstanding alumni awards presented annually by the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas.

The Dean's Advisory Council of the college established the awards, and Dean Michael T. Miller and a committee of the council will select the recipients. Recipients will be honored at a reception on Friday, May 12 and at the college's commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 13.

Two of the awards recognize an individual with exceptional personal and professional achievement and extraordinary distinction, one in the education professions and one in the health and human service professions. The third award recognizes an individual who graduated within the past 10 years and is engaged in their first career, and has demonstrated exceptional professional and personal achievement and extraordinary distinction in the education or health and human service professions.
